RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your NATIVA purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached, within 30 days of online order shipment date.
- Returns are free.
- Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
- All orders must be returned by mail via our online returns process and are not eligible for exchanges.
- Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@denimtechnologies.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a Shipping Label. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in a suitable package (i.e., USPS padded flat envelope or tear-proof polyethylene mailer), and include your proof of purchase, the return RMA number, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 (five) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Note: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
